Multi-Choice Home Loans was established in 1995 as one of the first mortgage broking companies in Brisbane. We offer a free, and personal service where we work for you and not the banks.

Multi-Choice Home Loans specialise in arranging home loans and investment loans through our lending panel of over 40 leading banks and other financial institutions. We are a company who prides itself on customer care, large enough to be professional and yet small enough to care.

The Multi-Choice Home Loan business was started by a husband and wife team, Trevor and Merridy Watkins, who set the culture of the company as customer focused and solution orientated. That saw the company grow primarily through "word of mouth". There are now five offices (Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Beenleigh, Bundaberg and our head office in Everton Park, Brisbane) with a number of new offices soon to be opened.
